As soon as you put your order on the dispute it is reviewed by our Dispute Department. It usually takes from 7 to 10 days to analyze and look over the issue and offer the most suitable suggestions. Please, notice that every case is different and is reviewed by our Dispute Department Manager according to its features and specifications. That is why deadline for finding a solution could be different and depends on the communication between us during the dispute process. - Payment for the single order was made twice. If this case happens, you have to inform our support team about it in order for them to refund you the accident payment. Our support team representatives will check this information in our system. If they confirm double payment, the unwanted sum will be paid back to you instantly. The same solution is given if two identical orders were placed by the customer.
- There was no writer to complete an assignment. We are doing our best to give the order to the most proficient and suitable writer. Unfortunately, sometimes there are cases when writer is not found due to the complexity of the instructions or time frames. In this case we will inform you about the issue immediately and provide you with a full refund of your payment. Our support team will generate a discount for your future orders. If there was no writer to complete a revision, you can refer with this case to the Dispute Department with a point to discuss the amount of the possible refund. - Order was delivered later than deadline. There is a guarantee that your order will be delivered on time. However, there are some possible cases when deadline expires because we wait for the additional materials, which you have to send to us in order to complete the assignment. Please notice, that we start working on the order as soon as we receive all the information about it (including additional attachments, files, clarifications). It is very important to submit them on time and avoid any possible delays with your paper. If the deadline expires because of this reason, refund will not be issued. The customer is responsible to provide all the necessary information to us on time. There are some cases when we offer refund for the late delivery:
- If you put 3 hours deadline and your completed paper was delivered to you 17 minutes later, we will recalculate your price as for 8 hours and will pay back the difference to the customer.
- If your deadline is 7 days and there is some lateness with the order, you will be able to receive the partial refund of maximum 10% from the total price. The refund could be issued upon the client’s request.
There are some cases when we ask our customers for the deadline extension because of the complexity of the paper. Our support team informs you about the issue immediately. If you agree to provide us with the extension, you will not be able to claim about any delays later.
- Revision was delivered late. If this situation happens you are welcome to open a dispute. Please, notice that in the case of dispute no more revisions will be possible for the order. You have to specify your request and our Dispute Manager will review your case. You can be offered a partial refund up to 15% of the total price. Each case is unique and is reviewed according to the situation and specifications.
- You are not satisfied with the quality of the paper. Our company does its best in order to satisfy each returned and each new client. However, there is always a range of clients, who claim about the quality of the paper. In this case you have to compose a request to the dispute department and specify what is the reason of the claim. Dispute Manager will review your case and if you are eligible for getting any possible refund mentioned, you will receive an email confirmation. Please, mind that the case cannot be resolved immediately, usually it takes about 7-10 days to resolve the case.
- You have received your paper as a preview version in .pdf file and have not approved it yet. In this case you are able to request unlimited number of revisions or set up your order on a dispute. Refund up to 100% is possible in this situation, but please mention, that in order to avoid any fraud activity, we have to request strong arguments and reasonable claims from you. As our Dispute Department manager will estimate paper on the quality and instructions, you have to be specific about every inaccuracy made in the order.
- You have received your paper in .doc version and approved it. In this case you are not eligible to request the full refund. However, if you still have claims regarding the quality or content, you will be able to request the partial refund. The possible refund is up to 30% from the total price and depends on each case.
- You would like to cancel the order. Kindly, check on the possible types of refunds below.
- If the writer has not been assigned yet, you will receive 100% refund;
- If the writer has been already assigned and half of the deadline has not yet passed- up to 70% of refund will be issued;
- If the writer has been already assigned and more than half of the deadline has passed, you will be provided with the refund only up to 30%.
- If you decide to cancel the order but the paper was already completed and forwarded, you are not eligible for getting any refunds.
- The assignment was delivered but you want a refund. In this case you are eligible to open a dispute on your order within the first 10 days after you receive the first version of the order. Dispute manager will review your case and come up with the solution. Please, follow the requested deadline, because if you were delivered with your order in .pdf, but you did not contact us within the given time frames, your order will be automatically approved as the time expires.
